Your photos stay on your phone

Rydop asks for access to your photo library to find duplicates, similar shots, screenshots and large videos. It looks through them on your iPhone using Apple’s built-in tools. Photos, videos and results are not sent anywhere, and the app makes no network requests.

To make the next scan fast, Rydop stores small numbers about each photo (such as an image fingerprint and a sharpness value) in the app’s own storage on the phone. Deleting the app removes them.

Deleting

Rydop only deletes what you choose, and always through iOS, which asks you to confirm. Deleted photos stay in Recently Deleted for 30 days.

No account or tracking

Rydop has no account, advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. Its App Store label is “Data Not Collected”.

Support emails

If you contact support, what you send is used to answer you. Your email is handled by our email providers. Contact us if you want your correspondence deleted.

This website

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect it. The site has no advertising, analytics or tracking pixels. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
