Are my photos uploaded?

No. Rydop looks through your photos on your iPhone and sends them nowhere. The app doesn’t use the internet.

Can I undo a delete?

Yes. Everything Rydop deletes stays in Recently Deleted in Photos for 30 days, and you can recover it from there.

Why isn’t the space freed straight away?

iOS keeps deleted photos in Recently Deleted for 30 days. Empty that album in Photos to get the space back now.

Does Rydop select my favourites?

No. Favourites and edited photos are never pre-selected. In Settings you can hide favourites completely.

Why does Rydop want to see all my photos?

To find duplicates across your whole library. You can also allow selected photos only; Rydop then cleans up just those.

Does it work with iCloud Photos?

Yes. Rydop looks at the small versions stored on the phone and never downloads originals from iCloud to analyse them.

Does it cost anything?

No. Rydop is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
